What type of project is this for Redthorn:

The SFM project will consist of 2 initial consultancy days prior to general usability training. The reason for this is to establish current process in more detail so the transition can happen smoothly and as close to the current workflow as possible, what we want to avoid is changing the current culture to much which will have an immediate impact on productivity once live. During the consultancy days we will also be making recommendations of where shop floor terminals will be best utilised and assisting in data transfer from their current system to Redthorn.

“At Redthorn we aim to take the pain of implementation away from the people that are important to the general day to day running of an Engineering & Manufacturing Business.”

John Wells, Redthorn
