Redthorn would like to reassure you that we’re open for business as normal and software/technical support will not be affected in any way during the current coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, rest assured we will be doing everything we can to support our customers throughout this period. As we understand business must continue and our additional services may be a required at this time, we have decided to run some promotional incentives until further notice. These incentives are as follows:

In addition to the discounts we are offering we can also support you in the following areas:
- Cloud Hosting (To Support Working From Home) – We are able to transfer your system to a cloud environment if required. This has the benefit of allowing users to log in directly from home, and also means that Redthorn will take care of the back up s for the system.
- VPN Remote Working Environment (Supporting Working From Home) – We can offer telephone advice on access your system from home, and in some cases will be able to assist in setting up direct VPN connection from your home to server based Redthorn MRP system.
